Unique software combines an extensive warehouse catalogue, up-to-date information about the availability of fixed assets and a module for generating reports and statements. The basis for the implementation of the system is the robust and accurate identification of all tangible assets: tools, keys, IT equipment, apparatus, machines, devices, etc. Depending on the type of resources, various modern marking methods are used, e.g. barcodes/tags/chips/ RFID tags. Equipping dispensing and return points with contactless readers (or barcodes) allows for quick recording and identification of employees and assets at disposal. By verifying the rights of the user, the operator obtains detailed information on the following the ability to transfer the resources concerned. The transaction is terminated after authorization with the identifier of the issuing person. All information on responsibility for entrusted means shall be recorded in the database.

The operator issuing the tangible assets and the employee collecting them bring their identifiers closer to the reader, after which the system recognizes persons.

VERIFICATION OF ENTITLEMENTS

The application checks the rights assigned to employees and displays the applied messages on the monitor screen.

RECEIPT OF RESOURCES

All resources retrieved from the warehouse are listed by bringing tags closer to the RFID reader.

AUTHORISATION

Release is accepted by the operator with approach of the tag to the RFID reader.

Recording of each physical asset transfer operation using employee proximity cards (or tags) with an electronic contactless system makes it possible to determine the joint responsibility for the release and disposition of equipment and influences the maintenance of optimal stock levels.
