System CHOMGUARD® transport operations combines the features of intelligent monitoring, vehicle traffic control and interactive information exchange. The use of proven tools and information technology allows for full automation of vehicle verification based on previously defined access rules.

A key feature of the system is the simplification of all procedures performed by security staff, through the automatic reading of license plate numbers and photographs of vehicles entering and leaving the building. For vehicles with permanent access (e. g. employees’ cars), Long Range UHF readers (readers from a distance of approx. 5m) are a complement. The system allows to define the rights of entry/exit as well as to define the maximum number of vehicles that can stay on the premises – exceeding a fixed number of vehicles prevents entry (in this case the administrator/protection has the possibility of remote management). In case of problems, you can connect to help via intercom.

A delivery notification module operating through a web browser (website) allows effective control and increase the efficiency of vehicle records management. Each status change generates information that is visible in the application and sent by e-mail / SMS. The logistics department determines the transport data, then the logistic company, accepting the notification, gives the information about the driver, the vehicle and the time interval in which the delivery will take place. The vehicle at the waiting point is ready to enter. The indicate of the gate / entry ramp starts delivery service in the loading dock. The procedure ends when the vehicle leaves the premises. The system has advanced options for creating vehicle register reports.
