Automating and improving the service of guest visits enables full identification of persons by verification and confirmation of identity. The solution allows to control the levels of access to individual areas, and thus eliminate the abuse connected with access of unauthorized persons to key places for the company.

CHOMGUARD® guests are a tool designed to support the work of reception offices and places where it is necessary to keep accurate records of people temporarily present on the premises. The system consists of specialized software that works with the devices needed to register incoming visitors and to issue electronic temporary cards for moving around the facility.

Guest reception is done through the module operating through a web browser (web site), in which the employee provides personal data of the guest and determines the time period of the meeting. All information is automatically available at the reception desk (cards office) where guest registration takes place. The specialized application cooperates with an ID scanner, which eliminates the mistakes of manual data input. A potential visitor giving a document for scanning to the reception desk staff will automatically be recognized and personal data and a photo will be stored in the database. The program allows you to print personalized visitor card and fully cooperates with plastic card printers and regular laser printers, so that card printing can be automated.

In facilities using the access control system, it is possible to establish “pathways” to particular parts of the building and assign them to individual guests. The application allows to graphically determine the places where the guest moves around the object, as well as in an exceptional situation, automatically block the selected passages in order to stop it. CHOMGUARD® guests are provided with an advanced report generator (fire, guest status, guest paths, etc.) with information about all the events resulting from the guests’ movement on the premises. The application can also be an integral part of other CHOMGUARD® applications, e.g. for managing access control, recording of working hours, and also allows guests to download keys to selected rooms. Fully compatible databases are thus guaranteed.
